The Service

The toll-free number (800 area code) is a telephone service that allows calls to be received from all over the country through a single non-geographic telephone number, with the cost charged entirely to the called party.

Distributed Number (with prefix 840 or 848) is a telephony service that allows calls to be received from all over the country through a single telephone numbering, with call charges split between caller and called party:

848 split number: the caller from landline is charged a fixed fee (click) plus a variable fee (per minute) according to the price of a local call according to the rate plan applied to the caller.
Divided Number 840: The caller from landline is charged a fixed fee (click) according to the limits imposed by the PNN (€ 0.1000 + VAT).

  • Number Portability of Green and Distributed Numbers of Telecom Italia, Eutelia, Fastweb, BT and Colt.
  • Call Timing: allows calls to be routed to the Toll Free or Allocated Number on different locations based on time of day, day of the week or year (vacations, vacations, etc.).
  • Call Filtering: allows you to define a list of area codes and/or numbers (landline or mobile) from which you do not want to receive calls to the Number
  • Green or Shared, or a list of area codes/numbers from which you wish to receive calls to the Green or Shared Number.
